30 for 30

​it's funny as I'm driving. It's really sinking in the dream I've had for years to lose 20 pounds has happened and then some I've gotten to 40 pounds of weight loss this year. It's fluctuated because I started to lose my concentration plus a little bit of stress, but the great news is I have set the blueprint for what to do now it's time to run it back as I like to say. Let's repeat all of the good stuff limit the bad stuff and let's trap another 30 pounds and look amazing let's go!

So after a care free Sunday, only if 4 days later I started another one...this time Binge... Thurs- Sat was chock full of donuts, root beer, whisky, burgers, fries, wings, popeyes biscuits, pizza, ice cream and so on. This is the recipe for regression. But here is how we are going to avoid the regression: recognize that other life factors are causing some emotional issues which is leading me to bad foods for comfort. I need to just get back on the saddle and keep on my journey to the promise land. Only death will stop me.
