So after a care free Sunday, only if 4 days later I started another one...this time Binge... Thurs- Sat was chock full of donuts, root beer, whisky, burgers, fries, wings, popeyes biscuits, pizza, ice cream and so on. This is the recipe for regression. But here is how we are going to avoid the regression: recognize that other life factors are causing some emotional issues which is leading me to bad foods for comfort. I need to just get back on the saddle and keep on my journey to the promise land. Only death will stop me.
